In a VUCA world, few things are certain.
But here’s the thing: remarkable retailers aren’t successful because they have some unique ability to see the future. They are successful because they try more things. Because they embrace a culture of experimentation. Because they realize, as Seth reminds us, that if failure is not an option, then neither is success.
